Turnaround Times

Current turnaround times are only approximations and can vary based on the amount of orders we are currently working on. The turmaround time frame begins AFTER we receive all of the information we need to complete your order.  

Pre-Made Website Designs
Turnaround times for pre-Made Website Designs (standard, limited and exclusive) is 3-5 business days. Because our customers host their sites with a provider of their choice, clients must provide us with login information, etc. BEFORE we can begin work on your project.  Turnaround times DO NOT begin UNTIL we receive all of the necessary information to begin your order. 

1. After purchasing your website design, you will be asked to complete our New Client Information Form to provide us with your server info and basic store information. Since different hosting companies have different servers, you may be required to make modifications to your hosting plan to ensure your new website is compatible with your hosting platform.

2. Once received, we will begin uploading your new website design onto your hosting account.   Generally, this process take about 3-5 business days, however, websites with Add-Ons and special features may take longer.

3. Following that, if necessary, we provide you with instructions on how to set the nameservers (domain) to point to your new website. This process can also be done by technical support at your hosting company/domain provider.

4. Finally, we provide you with your website login information, a quick start guide and you can begin adding products and content to your site.

Please note that our studio is closed on Weekends and all US Federal and religious holidays, and they do not count as business days.  Our studio is also closed for 2 weeks between Christmas and New Years.   When you purchase your site and/or hosting, we will provide you with an estimated completion date via email, based on our current workload, the complexity of the site design and whether or not you are hosting your site with us or elsewhere.

NOTE: CUSTOM Website Design Turnaround Times vary by project and estimates for custom work will be provided along with price quotes when requested.
